MTB-Beer-Run Brick Workout

did a little cross training today at Rosaryville State Park...which offers a hard charging singletrack...HELLS YEAH! the 8 mile perimeter trail and 2 mile inner loop offered some challenging and thriling terrain for my new MTB.

after the ride...we went to chow down at Texas Ribs and BBQ in Clinton, MD...HIGHLY RECOMMENDED for you barbeque lovers. the riding buddies...kevin and adam...both ordered a Yuengling while i was washing up...so i obliged...and got a Sammy Adams. not preferred by the nutritionists but BBQ and beer sure hit the spot after a long ride.

now only one thing left to do...RUN. my training schedule has me going 2 miles today...so when i got home...i ran 1.5 miles and called it a brick.

does the two hour break between mountain biking and running disqualify my brick?

  1. Skimpiest ride report ever. 3 sentence fragments!

  2. guilty as charged. i was trying to highlight the whole beer in the middle of a brick thing. the ride review is extremely weak. guess we'll have to go again soon to get a better review.
